About Bayou.

Welcome

Hi and welcome to my website, bayouswalk.com. I hope you find the information on this site informative and enjoyable as much as it was and still is for me to create this site.

My Story

I see myself first and foremost as a truly born again man of the Christian faith. This radical transformation that has taken place in me has only been made possible by the life and sacrifice of Jesus Christ, the son of the living God some 2000 years ago on the cross on a hill called Calvary. I live in a beautiful part of northern Australia and I am a father and grandfather to my beautiful family that I have been truly blessed with.

The purpose of this site.

John 3:16 NKJV ” For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

The sole purpose of this site is pretty simple, it is to share the good news and preach the 100% pure and solely scripture based gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God!! This site is a story of my walk(Bayous’ walk)with God as I came to know God and his son Jesus Christ and continue to walk with the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit daily. I seek to show and share this with you the reader, by exploring the bible via all 66 books and showing you the “fingerprints” of God throughout the pages of the bible and history which all ultimately point to the birth, life and works, crucifixion/death and resurrection of his son Jesus Christ and the coming judgment that we all must face when our lives are over on this earth.

Why have a site like this?

The reason I have created this site is that I 100% believe in the truly every day, practical and real trans formative power of coming into a personal relationship with God and his son Jesus Christ and I wish to impart this gift to all who choose to receive it!! I’ve experienced it personally and seen God’s hand at work in my life especially in the last 5yrs!!

John 8:36 NKJV “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”

If you ever need a hand or have any questions with all of this, please feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you out.

God bless,

Bayou.

I love this post so much because I am a very spiritual and Godly person. I pray daily to God the father and his son Jesus Christ and the holy spirit day every day. I pray when I hear sirens. I thank God and ask him for signs and ask him questions as he is my best friend. I can tell him or talk to him about anything and that makes me feel better everytime. A great post and God bless you and yours.

Wow Absolutely love it. I love your stories. How God can see past what we see as a wall in our lives and break every little part of that structure down bit by bit is amazing……..and all of this is done with one simple thing…… His unending love for us. I pray your ministry is lifted to the full potential as His Love continues to bind you and pursue you as you pursue Love Himself…❤️❤️❤️ Praying for you🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️

I’m proud Bayou to be your 1st commentor. Not very many people in this sin-filled world have the courage to profess their faith. In fact, in more and more places it is considered offensive if not taboo. As a senior citizen, I’ve come to believe that much of today’s culture has come directly out of the universities and colleges. As the new students go, so goes the new culture. It is a gradual decline into hell with very few handholds to grasp onto. One question I have, is the picture of the cathedral you show representative of where you attend?

It looks like you may be just starting to fill out your web site. As a suggestion, I love to hear good testimonies of how the Lord has helped or even saved people. He has done so much for so many, I never tire of hearing His praises. Maybe you could tell us just how your light got lit. Your world is very different in some ways in Australia, compared to ours in America. I live in Arizona, and was born in Canada. Maybe someday I could tell you my story too.

You’ve got a good start putting your site together. Keep up the good work.

hey friend, such an honor and a privilege to receive your comment and input here, much appreciated!! Yes I do imagine that you have seen the world change so much in your life just as I have since being a child in the 70’s.The cathedral pic you saw is just inbuilt into the “religion’ type WordPress theme I was experimenting with which i have since changed as yes,I am still building the site out.Well the sole puropse of building this site is to preach the gospel and good news of Jesus Christ unashamedly for me.Of course I will be adding my personal testimony very shortly as well as other materials,Bless ya friend, please do email me at admin@bayouswalk.com if you wish to share your story as well. I look forward to hearing it. :))
